An initial 45 minute consultation includes a virtual or in-person meet and greet to determine if we are a good fit. During this time, we can review what you and your child need, a brief review of current IEP services and goals, and ask/answer any questions you may have.

Cost: $80 one-time fee

A basic service includes a file review for one student prior to one Annual IEP meeting.

Includes the following:

> Review of all available evaluations (private and school), IEP documents, and current data prior to your next IEP meeting

> Draft recommended goals, accommodations, and services, along with helpful tips for during the IEP meeting

> Draft up to 3 email communications between you and the school

> Two in-person or virtual sessions to discuss your child’s profile and review my recommendations

*Attending IEP meetings in-person or virtually is a separate fee.

Cost: $350 one-time fee

On-going services can be used for Initial Evaluations, Annual IEPs, Addendums, Reevaluations, Behavior Plan Reviews, or for hiring my services for an extended period of time. If your child has more than one meeting during a school year, this plan may be best for you.

Includes the following:

> Review of all available evaluations (private and school), IEP documents, and current data

> Draft of recommendations prior to any meeting during the school year

> Draft of all email communications with the school

> Any in-person or virtual sessions with you to discuss concerns, recommendations, and plans

> Attending IEP meetings, including travel

Cost: $125 per hour

Getting to know your family and your child will help me gain a complete picture of your needs.

Includes the following:

> Creation and instructions on implementation of in-home supports (i.e. visual schedules, checklists, calm down corner, social stories, etc.)

> Tutoring for early learning reading and math skills (K-5)

> If needed, observation of family routines to determine areas of need within the home

Cost: $65 per hour
